Zach Walker is a multi-disciplinary artist whose collection of visual and audio work has been commissioned for galleries, museums, festivals, large-scale corporate events and bespoke private clients, all over the world.

His multi-sensory and interactive installations encourage people to explore and play with one another in a totally unique way, and transform venues in extraordinary ways.

Visualizing Vibrations is his most seminal work to date. Originally commissioned by the Mathematical Sciences Research Institute and Guerilla Science as an interactive audio video sculpture, VV has gone on to be seen all over the world at arts & science festivals, and at special events such as Google Chromecast launch at the Bellagio in Las Vegas & Matte’s annual BLACK event in NYC. It has also been integrated into Zach’s live visual shows with artists such as Moby, DJ Shadow, Flying Lotus, and with the chamber orchestra Project Instrumental and the Light Surgeons.

Zach also collaborates with other artists. He is a regular collaborator with twice UK Beatbox Champion Reeps One, providing visuals for his live performances and fine arts exhibitions. His also creates work with makeAMPLIFY, a specialist dance and technology company, co-run with award-winning choreographer Jennifer Irons. Together they were commissioned to create a large-scale outdoor work for the opening of Hull 2017, UK City of Culture.

Zach is originally from California and grew up just outside Seattle. He studied anthropology and art history. He is currently based in the UK.
